You need to first register at Payonline to receive your secure account details and make online payments. Payonline will give you a 16digit number and a 3 digit CVV. This Number and CVV is necessary for online transactions. Further you will also get a second level security ID and password which is must to complete any transaction. You have to deposit advance money with Payonline to maintain sufficient balance in the Account so as to enable you to do transactions on the website of designated merchant. Balance transfer from one Account to other Account is not permitted. This Account is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

After registering, you will have the option of making online payments on websites accepting the Payonline. Payonline has business arrangements with various merchants and service providers who accept payments received through Payonline.
