is an Account and is governed by the terms
and conditions of Payonline as may be
amended from time to time.

Payonline account shall be used by the
customer of Payonline to which it is
allotted.

This
Account cannot be used for transactions in
foreign currency. You hereby agree to use
this Account for all online transactions
with designated merchants for the
goods/products/services as mentioned by the
merchant on its website and further agree
not to use it for any unlawful
purpose/activities.

Payonline shall not be responsible for any
fraud or misuse of this Account and you
agree to be personally liable for any and
all costs, taxes, charges, claims or
liabilities of any nature, arising due to
any such fraud or misuse of the Account.

Payonline shall not be liable for any defect
in the product / merchandise / goods or
services of designated merchants purchased /
availed using this Account.

You
shall not give any assurance or guarantee to
your customer of quality, quantity, utility,
efficacy and efficiency in respect the goods
or services of the designated merchant.

Any
dispute or claim regarding the product /
merchandise / goods or services purchased /
availed on the website of the designated
merchant using this Account must be resolved
with the designated merchants by your
customer. Payonline does not own any
responsibility to you or your customer in
such circumstances.

Payonline may charge periodical Account
Maintenance Charge to you for use of this
Account on the designated merchants. The
said fees will be intimated by way of
notification or e-mail message in advance to
you from time to time.

This
Account is non-transferable and assigns a
unique Account number to customer.

You
have to deposit advance money with Payonline
to maintain sufficient balance in the
Account so as to enable you to do
transactions on the website of designated
merchant. Balance transfer from one Account
to other Account is not permitted.

This
Account is valid for 12 months from the date
of activation.

Payonline may use the KYC submitted by you
for business purposes. You hereby consent to
(i) receiving e-newsletters as well as other
communications containing offers etc. and
(ii) Payonline providing your information to
sponsor/s and/or companies associated with
it for the purpose of providing you with
offers and/or information.

You
shall promptly inform Payonline of any
change of your name, mailing address, e-mail
address or any other required data provided
for the issuance of this Account and submit
the updated KYC documents in respect of such
change, as may be demanded by Payonline.

Payonline has issued a card to you as a
token which contains an Account Number and
Password and in case the said card is lost
or misplaced, you shall promptly inform
Payonline in writing (letter/e-mail). The
Account shall then be blocked and Payonline
may issue new account number as per
prescribed procedure in this regard with the
balance amount for a nominal charge as may
be prescribed by Payonline from time to
time.

The
Account Serial Number and password appearing
on the Card which is issued to you and
intellectual property rights contained
therein are the exclusive property of
Payonline.

Payonline reserves the right at any time to
refuse for any reason whatsoever, the use of
this Account on the website/mobile
application/IVRS of designated merchants.

All
disputes arising out of any transaction
pertaining to the use of this Account shall
be subject to the applicable Indian Law. Any
further litigation shall be governed by
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Delhi, India.

If
you resign as customer of Payonline, this
Account will be disabled / closed by
Payonline immediately and you hereby
undertake to surrender the card to Payonline
which is issued to you as a token of the
said Account.
